Question: How do I get a Free Movie Ticket?
Purchase a specially marked “Free Movie Ticket Offer”
CD or DVD from your favorite music retailer and you can mail in
for a free adult ticket at either Cineplex Galaxy Cinemas or Empire
Theatres. Mail the original Free Movie Ticket sticker (no photocopies
or hand-drawn facsimiles) found on the front of the CD/DVD along
with a completed original rebate card found inside the CD or DVD
(or hand-drawn facsimile) and the original cash receipt (or hand-drawn
facsimile).
Please note: as a preventative measure against
fraud, PHOTOCOPIES of the sticker, rebate card or cash register
receipt will not be accepted. If you send in a
photocopy of any of these elements, your claim will be rendered
non-compliant and you will not receive a movie ticket. You must
send in the original sticker and an original
or hand-drawn facsimile of the rebate card and the cash register
receipt.
Question: How long are the movie tickets valid for?
The earliest expiry date is March 31, 2006.
Question: I received the CD or DVD as a gift and don’t
have the receipt. Can I still get the movie ticket?
We require proof of purchase in order to send the movie ticket.
We cannot send a movie ticket without a cash receipt or hand-drawn
facsimile of your cash receipt. Please contact the person from who
you received the gift and from and see if they can provide you with
the receipt.
Question: I purchased 2 specially marked CDs. Can I get
2 movie tickets?
Yes, you can get 2 tickets. You must mail each claim separately
and both claims must have all 3 pieces: the original or hand drawn
rebate card, the original or hand drawn cash receipt and the original
Free Movie ticket found on the front of the CDs. Please note –
you must hand draw a copy of your cash receipt to include in your
second claim; photocopies will be rejected.
Question: The Free Movie Ticket sticker ripped when I tried
to pull it off. How do I send it in?
No problem – please just send in all the sticker pieces along
with the other required elements. As long as you send in more than
½ of the original sticker and the 2 other required elements
your claim will be accepted.
Question: How long will it take for my movie ticket to
arrive?
If your claim was submitted correctly, you will receive your ticket
in 4-6 weeks.
Question: I submitted a claim according to the directions
8 weeks ago and still have not received my movie ticket.
If your claim included all the required elements (original sticker,
completed original or hand drawn rebate card and original or hand
drawn cash receipt) and have not received your movie ticket within
6 weeks, please call the following customer service hotline: 1 (800)

Question: When I opened my specially marked CD and it did
not contain a rebate card with instructions and mailing address.
What do I do?
If your CD was missing a rebate card, please write to the following
address with the following details: your name, your address, the
name of the CD you purchased, the date of your purchase, the name
of the retailer and location you purchased it from and the price
of the CD you purchased.
